If, within 72 hours after making a Travel Planners reservation, you find a lower total published
price for your entire stay at the same hotel in the same room type on the same days, we'll match the
rate. This guarantee applies to every hotel and every room offered by Travel Planners.
To verify the lower published rate we need the following information: Your Travel Planners
reservation number, the hotel's name, the date(s) of the stay, room type, the rate per night and
a printout that shows the lower rate being offered. This guarantee does not apply to rates
quoted on sites that let you bid for prices. |
