Poachers hit a roadblock in their deceptive efforts to steal bookings from our medical association clients last fall. Anticipating an attack on valuable pharmaceutical exhibitors, Travel Planners escalated our ongoing offensive. We aggressively promoted our Official Housing Seal to authenticate legitimate housing communications. Our Group Specialists personally contacted victimized sub-groups to win back their bookings or to remedy their problems with out-of-block hotels. The win/win results: loss prevention and new vows of program loyalty from grateful exhibitors.

It's technology in our trademark style: the first and the fastest with measurable dollars-and-cents benefits to your organization.
Emerging successfully from another hard-fought RFP process, Travel Planners was named Official Housing Provider for the Optical Society of America. We'll serve all three OSA shows each year, beginning with Frontiers in Optics (FiO) this fall. In announcing the win, President Ray Vastola said, "We couldn't be prouder that, after comparing our top-notch service and tech innovations to our competitors', new clients keep ranking us #1."
