• It is easy to take advantage of our special negotiated discounted rates. Simply make your online booking on one of the official airline or car rental companies listed on the previous page. The additional convention discounts will be confirmed to you via email after you make your booking and will be deducted from the fare displayed in the booking process.
• Don't forget to write down the DK number listed on the previous page. You'll need it in the booking process.
• Changes or cancellations to air or car rental reservations will soon be available online. Currently, please call your airline or car rental company directly to change or cancel your reservations.
• Online airline and rental car bookings must be made at least 3 business days prior to departure. If you are travelling within 3 business days of booking, please call Travel Planners at 1-800-221-3531 or 212-532-1660 or contact the airlines directly.
• Exclusively for web bookings, we have cut our service fee in half -- you pay only $5!
