There are two Concierge desks in the Center ­ one on the North side of the Crystal Palace, the other on the North Concourse. At least one, depending on event locations, is open during all major events. Our Concierges know New York City well. They can recommend a restaurant, a hotel, or help you with a myriad of information and problems. The desks are equipped with courtesy phones for travel help (to Travel Planners) and Broadway show tickets (to Theatre Direct). The desks also sell tickets for airport shuttle service to JFK, LaGuardia or Newark.
