WHY WE ASK FOR INFORMATION FROM YOU…AND HOW WE USE IT.

To make reserving a room as fast and easy as possible, we just need to know your full name, e-mail address, your business and/or home address, credit card number and expiration date. The credit card number is used only to guarantee your reservation. Travel Planners, Inc. does not make charges against your credit card account; you pay the hotel directly at check-out. We use your contact information to forward confirmations to you and to notify you of any other news about your reservation.

HOW TRAVEL PLANNERS, INC. PROTECTS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Whenever you are making a hotel reservation with Travel Planners, Inc. the information you enter is encrypted before it passes over the Internet to us. We take further steps to guard your data from unauthorized access.

WHO, BESIDES TRAVEL PLANNERS, INC., SEES THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE US?

Travel Planners, Inc. doesn’t sell, trade or rent your information to anybody. If you make a reservation at a hotel through Travel Planners, Inc. we forward to that hotel the same information they’d request from you if you booked directly. We also provide the sponsor of the event that you are attending with information concerning the travel program. Sometimes we may also provide aggregate statistics about our customers, but nothing with information that allows you to be identified personally. Travel Planners, Inc. may release information if we believe, in good faith, that doing so is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Travel Planners, Inc. our users or others.
