Q: If I create or update a travel profile online, is my profile automatically updated with the Travel Planners travel consultants?
A: No. The database used for the online booking tool is not the same as our reservation center. Please notify our office of any changes by email at
vip@tphousing.com.
Q: How will I know my ticket is issued?
A: An invoice/electronic ticket confirmation will be emailed to you.
Q: How can I send my itinerary to multiple email addresses?
A: You can enter up to 5 email addresses on the page where you enter or verify your name, frequent flier numbers, seat assignments, etc.
